GROUND MEAT MIXTURE
15 ml olive oil
325 gr ground meat
5 gr salt ( teaspoon )
5 gr garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
2 gr cayenne pepper (teaspoon)
3 gr paprika powder (1 teaspoon) a pinch of cinnamon powder
5 gr cumin powder (1 teaspoon)
1.5 gr black pepper (½ teaspoon)
125 gr yellow onion (1 yellow onion) 175 gr zucchini ( zucchini)
90 gr red bell pepper (half of a red
bell pepper)
150 gr tomato sauce mixture (seestep 2)
70 gr corn
50 gr grated cheese

Place the tomato paste in a bowl
and add the water. Mix well. Divide into 2 portions (150 g and 220 g).
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground meat, salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika powder, cinnamon powder, cumin powder, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the yellow onion, zucchini, and red bell pepper. Cook for 4 minutes. Add the corn and 150 grams of tomato sauce. Cook until the sauce is well absorbed. Add the grated cheese and mix until well combined.
Scoop the ground meat mixture
onto the center of a wrap. Fold it.

Place the filled meat wraps in an oven dish and pour the remaining tomato sauce (220 grams) over them. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and garnish with tomato slices.
Put the meat wraps in a preheated oven at 200°C. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Tips
Add salt and pepper to taste. Add your favorite vegetables. Substitute olive oil with sunflower oil if preferred
